ListMessenger Pro Refund Policy

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for ListMessenger Pro purchases at this time due to the electronic nature of the software and fact that the entire source code is made immediately available after the purchase has been completed. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Have no fear though, we are certain you will be happy with your purchase and we do provide free installation (upon request) to get you up and running if you have any trouble.

We highly recommend that before you purchase ListMessenger Pro you do the following:

  1. Check out the live demo of the latest version of ListMessenger Pro.
  2. Review the requires for ListMessenger Pro on the downloads page.
  3. Install ListMessenger Light for free before purchasing the Pro version.

In summary, we do not offer any refunds for ListMessenger Pro because we do not encrypt the ListMessenger Pro source code, and we do provide demos and free versions of our software for you to try before you make your purchase.
