If you're having trouble with your version of ListMessenger you have a few different options.
ListMessenger Pro users have priority support on the forums (tier 1) and also have an escalated e-mail support option (tier 2) if the problem cannot be solved on the forum. ListMessenger Light users are not left behind if they have a problem; however, they are limited to our public forum support.
